We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all HR operations for our growing event company. The role will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy implementation. The HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

· Oversee payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.

· Implement HR policies, performance management, and appraisal systems.

· Drive employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives.

· Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.

Requirements:

· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR.

· Mandatory experience in service or event industry.

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
