About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all Human Resources functions in our manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliances, and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for plant and corporate functions.
• Handle statutory compliance, labour laws, and industrial relations.
• Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMIS systems efficiently.
• Drive training & development programs and succession planning.
• Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies.
• Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• 9–15 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing / plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Act, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.
