Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage the complete Employee Life Cycle and strengthen Human Resources as a core competitive function within the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Manage & execute end-to-end HR processes across all grade levels:
  • Talent Sourcing
  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Induction & Onboarding
  • Training & Development
  • Performance Management (KRA–KPI based)
  • Performance Improvement
  • Appraisal Management
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Awards & Rewards
  • Exit & Retention Process

2. Job Analysis & Description

  • Conduct job analysis for various roles
  • Create & update Job Descriptions (JD) in alignment with roles, responsibilities & authority (RRA)

3. Policy Implementation

  • Implement organizational policies & report any deviations

4. HR Budget & MIS

  • Prepare HR department budgets
  • Share MIS reports and execute activities accordingly

5. HR Operations

  • Oversee implementation of policies, payroll, safety, compliance registers, audits, and documentation

6. Performance Framework

  • Design & implement performance evaluation, appraisal systems, and employee feedback mechanisms

7. Reporting Structure

  • Develop and maintain the organizational reporting structure

8. Training

  • Design training modules as per the annual training calendar
  • Ensure timely execution of training programs

9. Grievance Handling

  • Manage employee grievances and resolve them amicably

10. Housekeeping Supervision

  • Ensure proper housekeeping across company and factory premises

11. Employee Awareness Programs

  • Conduct workshops on government policies, employee benefits, and welfare schemes

12. HR Metrics

  • Define, measure, and monitor key HR metrics
  • Develop strategies to enhance the organization’s human capital

13. Coordination

  • Coordinate with consultants and external service providers

14. Organizational Culture

  • Manage wellness initiatives and nurture company culture

15. Confidentiality

  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and organizational data

16. Backup Support

  • Act as a substitute for colleagues and handle urgent responsibilities as required
