HR Manager - Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives, including online presence, social media, and content creation (job posts, employee testimonials, etc.).
  • Partner with recruitment teams to create compelling job advertisements and materials that reflect the companys culture and values.
  • Design and maintain career pages on the company website and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and create marketing materials that promote open roles.
  • Use marketing tactics to engage potential candidates, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media outreach.
  • Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

Internal Communication & Engagement:

  • Create and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and employee recognition programs.
  • Help promote and organize employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and internal surveys.
  • Support the HR team with training materials and internal campaigns to reinforce company culture.

Market Research & Data Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluate success and return on investment (ROI).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
  • Support HR in the development of programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through effective marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in both marketing and HR, ideally in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Creative, innovative, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role within a corporate HR or recruitment setting.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to employee engagement and recruitment efforts.
