Role & responsibilities
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Manage employer branding initiatives, including online presence, social media, and content creation (job posts, employee testimonials, etc.).
- Partner with recruitment teams to create compelling job advertisements and materials that reflect the companys culture and values.
- Design and maintain career pages on the company website and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and create marketing materials that promote open roles.
- Use marketing tactics to engage potential candidates, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media outreach.
- Analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Internal Communication & Engagement:
- Create and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and employee recognition programs.
- Help promote and organize employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and internal surveys.
- Support the HR team with training materials and internal campaigns to reinforce company culture.
Market Research & Data Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and employee engagement practices.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluate success and return on investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
- Support HR in the development of programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through effective marketing strategies.
Preferred candidate profile Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in both marketing and HR, ideally in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Creative, innovative, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a marketing role within a corporate HR or recruitment setting.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to employee engagement and recruitment efforts.
