About Us Feeri Logistics is a growing logistics company committed to delivering reliable, efficient supply chain solutions. We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help build a strong, people-focused workplace.

Role Overview As HR Manager, you will lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws. You will play a key role in shaping company culture and supporting our team's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and GOSI regulations
• Support performance management and employee development
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus,

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: SAR 3,000+ per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Monthly performance bonus: SAR 8,000
• Total monthly earnings: up to SAR 11,000+
• Full-time, stable position with a growing company
