We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, policy implementation, performance monitoring, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for night shift positions.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation sessions.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and shift discipline.
- Handle employee relations, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Implement company HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attendance, and workforce performance.
- Ensure a positive and professional workplace environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.

- Experience managing remote or call center teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
