Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the company.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to find passive candidates.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions, including conducting initial phone screens.
- Manage posting of job openings at college career services, conduct campus recruiting, and work with agencies and external recruiters.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sourcing strategies.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
- Help plan and coordinate the company's internship program.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within the company's mission and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Experience in negotiation, interviewing, and selection processes.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
