Job Description

Seeking a professional HR Manager / Project Manager to oversee international teams, recruitment operations, projects, and internal systems using the company CRM.

This role includes mandatory training, evaluation, and a probationary period before final confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Project Management

  • Manage employees based in Africa, Pakistan, and Iran.
  • Receive projects from management, plan, divide, and assign tasks.
  • Act as Project Manager to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor productivity and project progress.

CRM & Reporting (Mandatory)

  • Use the company CRM for team and project management.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports in the CRM.
  • Ensure all tasks, updates, and performance records are logged properly.

Attendance & Working Hours

  • Ensure all employees log check-in and check-out times in the system.
  • Monitor attendance and compliance with working hours.
  • Maintain discipline and punctuality.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Prepare monthly salary payslips.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Training & Internal Systems

  • Complete a 3-day structured training and 5–6 hours of CRM/system training.
  • Fully understand company workflows.
  • Record internal training videos for employees.
  • Guide team members on CRM and company processes.

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Source candidates from multiple countries.
  • Conduct initial interviews.
  • Shortlist candidates and present final candidates to management.

Training, Exam & Salary Policy

  • Mandatory 3-day training program.
  • Evaluation/exam after training completion.
  • If the exam is passed:
  • Candidate proceeds to onboarding.
  • Training days will be counted as paid working days.
  • If the exam is failed:
  • Candidate will not be onboarded.
  • Training days will be unpaid.

Office Timings

  • Onsite Karachi based

· Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Project Management.
  • Ability to handle a dual role (HR Manager + Project Manager).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Experience managing international and remote teams.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting.
  • Willing to work full-time from the office in Karachi.
