Role: HR Manager – Real Estate Industry

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for a growing Real Estate firm. The role requires strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement preferably within the Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle.
- Lead talent acquisition for site and corporate roles (sales, engineering, CRM, project teams, support functions).
- Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, Labour Welfare).
- Maintain HR dashboards, audits, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams for manpower planning and HR-related requirements.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and grievance handling.
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, with mandatory exposure to Real Estate sector
- Strong understanding of hiring for sales, site, engineering, CRM, and support roles.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, people-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multi-site HR requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
