We are committed to delivering customized financial solutions with integrity, efficiency, and expertise.Job Role SummaryLooking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) with hands-on experience in Working Capital and/or Construction Finance. The RM will be responsible for sourcing clients, assessing their financial needs, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring seamless execution of loan proposals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source and acquire new clients requiring Working Capital or Construction Finance.</li><li>Understand client requirements and structure suitable financial solutions.</li><li>Prepare and collect necessary documentation for loan proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for sanctions and disbursements.</li><li>Maintain and manage client relationships for repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Conduct preliminary financial analysis such as balance sheet study, cash flow assessment, etc.</li><li>Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of files.</li><li>Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch/company growth</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in Working Capital / Construction Finance (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of financial products, loan processing, and credit assessment.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-handling skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of financial statements and documentation.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.</li><li>Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related fields preferred.</li></ul>What's offered<ul><li>Attractive incentives based on performance.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.</li><li>Career growth in the lending and advisory domain.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Relationship Manager - Working Capital

Machinery Maintenance &amp; OperationOversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all production machinery:<ul><li>Coil winding machines (manual and automatic)</li><li>Soldering and welding equipment</li><li>Stamping, molding, and assembly lines</li><li>Relay testing and calibration systems (high precision)</li></ul>Ensure machines operate within tight tolerances required for aerospace-grade relays.Plan and implement maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.2. Process Improvement &amp; Reliability<ul><li>Analyze machine performance to identify areas for efficiency improvement.</li><li>Implement predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermal monitoring, and other modern techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with Production &amp; Quality teams to improve product yield and consistency.</li></ul>3. Compliance &amp; Quality Standards<ul><li>Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent aerospace quality standards.</li><li>Maintain calibration and certification of testing instruments for aerospace relay requirements.</li></ul>4. Team Leadership &amp; Training<ul><li>Supervise, mentor, and train maintenance staff in precision electronic manufacturing techniques.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment.</li><li>Liaise with OEMs and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and technical support.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements: -<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 12+ years of maintenance experience in precision electronics or relay manufacturing, preferably aerospace/aviation applications.</li><li>Expertise in coil winding, soldering, stamping, molding, and relay testing equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing equipment/ Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with PLC-based systems, process automation, and precision measurement instruments.</li><li>Familiarity with aerospace-quality standards and documentation practices.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,800,000.00 - &#8377;2,200,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
