Job Role Summary

Looking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) with hands-on experience in Working Capital and/or Construction Finance. The RM will be responsible for sourcing clients, assessing their financial needs, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring seamless execution of loan proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new clients requiring Working Capital or Construction Finance.
• Understand client requirements and structure suitable financial solutions.
• Prepare and collect necessary documentation for loan proposals.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for sanctions and disbursements.
• Maintain and manage client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct preliminary financial analysis such as balance sheet study, cash flow assessment, etc.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of files.
• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch/company growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Working Capital / Construction Finance (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of financial products, loan processing, and credit assessment.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related fields preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
