Lead HR strategy and operations across corporate and project sites in line with business goals.
  Oversee talent acquisition (white- & blue-collar), workforce planning, and employer branding.
  Manage onboarding, induction, and probation; ensure accurate records in HRMS/ERP.
  Drive employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and engagement initiatives.
  Implement and monitor performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs, appraisals, IDPs).
  Administer compensation & benefits, WPS payroll, and leave management in compliance with policy.
  Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law, MOL/Tawjeeh requirements, and audit readiness.
  Develop and update HR policies/SOPs, handbooks, and org structures; champion change management.
  Partner with leadership on succession planning, training, and L&D roadmap.
  Track HR analytics & dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring SLAs, cost-to-hire) for data-driven decisions.
 
Required Qualifications :
 
  Proven experience managing HR operations within Real Estate or Contracting sectors in the UAE.
  Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa/immigration processes, and WPS.
  Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and employee relations capabilities.
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  Hands-on proficiency with HRMS/ERP and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  Bachelor s degree in HR/Business or related; UAE experience is mandatory.
 
Preferred Skills :
 
  Experience supporting multi-site project teams (construction sites, site-based staff).
  Exposure to compensation benchmarking, market mapping, and sales incentive plans.
  Certification(s) such as CIPD/SHRM preferred.
  Arabic/Hindi/Urdu language skills are an advantage.
