Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Team Leader to drive both business development and end-to-end recruitment delivery. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in client acquisition, and hands-on expertise in managing comprehensive recruitment functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding Primeone's client portfolio and ensuring seamless, high-quality talent acquisition services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition (35%):
- Strategic Client Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and present Primeone's recruitment solutions.
- Capability Presentation: Lead and participate in client calls and meetings, effectively showcasing Primeone's recruitment capabilities to secure new business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Support the preparation of compelling proposals and collaborate on requirement planning to align with client objectives.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Recruitment Delivery & Operations (65%):
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the recruitment delivery team, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of recruitment strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to offer management, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentorship & Guidance: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring the achievement of individual and team hiring targets.
- Task Allocation & Performance Tracking: Effectively allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and implement strategies to enhance overall recruitment process efficiency and productivity.
- Operational Excellence: Drive best practices within the recruitment team, ensuring adherence to company standards and optimal service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated strong experience in business acquisition, client management, and developing successful recruitment partnerships.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders.
- Recruitment Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and role types, including both technical and non-technical domains.
- Leadership & Team Building: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
