We are a multi-division US transportation company looking for an HR expert to manage the recruitment, payroll, and HR of the organization across all business lines and departments.
This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).

Key Responsibilities

Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues, including:

Conducting investigation related interviews
-
Drafting reports and proposing remedial action based on investigation findings

Producing complete investigation documentation
-
Analysing data from various reporting systems to ensure swift progress on cases
-
Management of stakeholders as related to the case ensuring appropriate closure
-
Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively

Design, collect, and analyse multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback

Analyse aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee investigations

Manage critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented to ensure successfully completion within limited time and SLAs

Partner in analysis and revision of people programmes, policies, and practices. Capability to work with business to input into engagement or cultural plans to improve ER/IR situation and fix situation in the ER/IR hot spots.

Help analyse, diagnose, design, and revise people programmes, policies, and Ability to manage ER/IR project at large scale and to be engaged in complex case resolution
