Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with UAE regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, contracts, and HR records.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Lead recruitment activities including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support performance management processes, staff evaluations, and career development initiatives.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Handle warnings, investigations, and terminations in a professional and legally compliant manner.
- Foster a respectful, performance-driven, and team-oriented salon culture.
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll, including salary processing, deductions, incentives, and final settlements.
- Support management in compensation structuring and benefits administration.
5. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle government portals, audits, inspections, and HR-related legal documentation.
6. Performance & Policy Management
- Implement and monitor KPIs and performance review systems.
- Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (experience in beauty salon or service industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Russian is required.
