HR Manager (Software House – Night Shift

Position: HR Manager

Shift: Night Shift (USA Time Zone)

Experience: 2–4+ years in a software house/IT HR role

We are looking for an HR Manager experienced in the software/IT industry to manage HR operations during the USA time zone. The candidate must be strong in tech recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (Developers, QA, PMs, Designers, etc.).
• Handle onboarding, employee relations, and night-shift HR support.
• Coordinate with USA-based teams and clients when needed.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, and documentation.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment for night-shift teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (MBA preferred).
• Must have software house or IT HR experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools (HRMS, ATS)
• Ability to work full night shift aligned with USA hours.
