Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resource function for our Apparel and Boxing Gloves manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for recruitment, performance management, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle from manpower planning to hiring
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
  • Conduct interviews and finalize candidates with management
  • Develop job descriptions and job specifications
  • Manage hiring for factory workers, staff, and management positions

2. HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave management, and employee records
  • Oversee payroll coordination with accounts department
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee contracts, confirmation, and promotions

3. Performance Management

  • Implement KPI and performance appraisal system
  • Conduct annual and probation performance reviews
  • Coordinate with department heads for performance evaluations
  • Develop performance improvement plans where required

4. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain positive work environment and employee engagement
  • Conduct employee counseling and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments
  • Develop and implement training plans
  • Arrange technical and soft skills training
  • Manage onboarding and orientation of new employees

6. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations
  • Develop HR policies, SOPs, and HR manual
  • Maintain HR audits and documentation
  • Implement disciplinary procedures and warning system

Requirements

  • Education: BBA / MBA (HR)
  • Experience: 5–8 years HR experience (Manufacturing / Apparel preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Payroll & HR Operations
  • Training & Development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Manufacturing or factory HR experience preferred
