Role Overview
The HR Manager (TA & OD) will play a strategic role in leading the talent acquisition function and supporting the design and execution of organizational development initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring effective recruitment processes, building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing employee capabilities, and supporting long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for all departments.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning.
- Identify sourcing channels, build talent pipelines, and manage employer branding activities.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and forecast hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and optimize processes accordingly.
- Manage relationships with universities for talent outreach.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Support the design and execution of OD strategies, culture initiatives, and organizational assessments.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning & development (L&D) programs.
- Assist with competency framework development and performance management improvements.
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Develop HR policies and frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years focused on Talent Acquisition and/or OD.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment strategies, and OD frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR development programs is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
