Role Overview

The HR Manager (TA & OD) will play a strategic role in leading the talent acquisition function and supporting the design and execution of organizational development initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring effective recruitment processes, building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing employee capabilities, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for all departments.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning.
  • Identify sourcing channels, build talent pipelines, and manage employer branding activities.
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and forecast hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and optimize processes accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with universities for talent outreach.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Support the design and execution of OD strategies, culture initiatives, and organizational assessments.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and coordinate learning & development (L&D) programs.
  • Assist with competency framework development and performance management improvements.
  • Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Develop HR policies and frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years focused on Talent Acquisition and/or OD.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment strategies, and OD frameworks.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR development programs is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
