Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update organization structure, HR records, and employee master data.
- Handle end-to-end exit management including F&F processing, documentation, and coordination.
- Support performance management (PMS) activities, goal setting, appraisals, and increment data.
- Assist in HR budgeting, tracking expenses, and cost MIS.
- Manage compensation & benefits activities including payroll inputs, bonus, leave encashment, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate insurance, medical claims, gratuity, and policy renewals.
- Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll posting.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance trackers.
- Address employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives.
- Support ISO audits, HR policies, SOP updates, and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, plant coordination, and management support work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
