HR Manager (Thrissur Male candidates)

Candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including Travel all branches, posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

1. Their duties include sourcing candidates, assessing candidates, and ensuring compliance

2. They work closely with HR and other recruiters to evaluate staffing needs

3. Additionally, they create proactive recruiting plans and help the organization assess and select talent

4. Their main task is to find and attract qualified candidates for job vacancies

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MBA in HR graduate with minimum 6-7 year experience is mandatory.

Need Strong knowledge in MS Office and Good Communication skill.

Male Candidates Preferred.

Timing: 9:00am to 8:00pm

Salary Package 30,000.00 to 50,000.00 per month.

Preferred Immediate Joiners.
