HR Manager with Healthcare Background

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding process for new hires including document collection, medical and license verification, and induction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in processing payroll data and coordinating with finance for WPS compliance.
  • Provide support in employee relations, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Assist with healthcare authority requirements (DHA/DCAS) related to staff licensing and renewals.
  • Support HR team in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle routine employee queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector (home care, hospitals, clinics, or EMS).
  • Basic knowledge of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
