Job Title: HR Manager

Experience: 3–4 Years (HR Operations)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on candidate)
Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower planning and employee cost control
• Recruitment & onboarding for Sales, Operations, Accounts, Warehouse staff
• Attendance, leave tracking & payroll coordination
• Performance tracking, sales incentives & employee discipline
• HR policies, SOP implementation & statutory compliance support
• Employee relations, engagement & retention
• HR administration, MIS reports & exit management
• Support management in daily HR and expansion activities
• Strong HR operations experience
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Willingness to travel locally when required
