- Interviews & Insights: Conduct interviews with HR leaders and industry experts to gather actionable insights.
- Communications & Branding: Create internal newsletters and social media content to promote HR initiatives and employer brand.
- Editorial Standards: Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company tone.
- Trending Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest HR developments, legal updates, and workplace technology.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in content writing, corporate communications, or journalism, preferably within the HR domain.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills.
