• Key Responsibilities
• Content Generation: Research, write, and publish engaging articles, blog posts, and whitepapers on HR trends, workplace culture, and compliance, Payroll.
• Interviews & Insights: Conduct interviews with HR leaders and industry experts to gather actionable insights.
• Communications & Branding: Create internal newsletters and social media content to promote HR initiatives and employer brand.
• Editorial Standards: Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company tone.
• Trending Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest HR developments, legal updates, and workplace technology.

• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in content writing, corporate communications, or journalism, preferably within the HR domain.
• HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
