We are a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for a dependable and proactive HR leader who can scale our manpower and build strong HR systems, not just handle routine work.

Role Overview

• Lead recruitment for factory + office roles
• Plan manpower for company growth & expansion
• Build onboarding, training, and performance systems
• Improve culture, employee retention, and productivity
• Work directly with management and grow with the company

Requirements

5–10 years experience in HR + Recruitment (manufacturing preferred) Strong in sourcing, interviewing, and networking

Practical knowledge of factory HR, PF/ESI, compliance

Ability to build systems and lead teams

Growth mindset, ownership attitude, and reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
