Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management while supporting employees to achieve a productive, compliant, and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Organize training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Support workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
