- Be the Welcoming Face: Own the onboarding process, turning new hires into dedicated members of the Peters' family from day one.
- Support & Innovate: Maintain and organize crucial HR records and assist with benefits administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Build Our Community: Help coordinate internal events, team lunches, and employee recognition programs that celebrate the achievements and dedication of our staff.
The Marketing Storyteller: Amplifying Our Brand

- Recruitment Marketing Strategist: Craft compelling content (visual, written, digital) for job postings and social media that truly reflects our "Hot Damn" culture and attracts the industry's best talent.
- Content Creator: Support the development of marketing materials, company newsletters, social posts and website updates that showcase our expertise and service to partners in industries like aerospace, medical, and defense.
- Brand Guardian: Ensure all internal and external communications are sharp, professional, and consistent with the Peters' brand identity. Be a brand ambassador on the phone and in person with customers and vendors.
