### **Roles & Responsibilities**

* Support **HR activities**: recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding

* Maintain **employee records**, trackers, and basic HR documentation

* Assist in **marketing activities**: lead generation, follow-ups, social media support

* Promote company **IT products & services** through digital channels

* Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Tech)

* Help in preparing **reports, Excel trackers, and presentations**

* Support employee engagement & marketing campaigns

### **Required Skills**

* Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

* Interest in **HR, Recruitment, Sales, or Marketing**

* Willingness to learn, proactive & responsible attitude

### **Qualification**

* Any Degree (MBA / BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)

* Freshers & final-year students can apply
