Job Description:

Dynamic Projects Private Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic design and management team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role—driving our marketing initiatives while managing core HR functions to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing:

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email platforms.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.

· Visit Government, Private, and Corporate clients for business development.

· Regularly visit and communicate with new and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and strategies that align with company goals.

· Achieve business development targets within assigned timelines.

· Be flexible and available for outstation visits on short notice.

Human Resources:

· Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and off boarding.

· Assist with recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.

· Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

· Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: BBA/MBA in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration from a recognized university or institution.

· Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in HR Management and Marketing.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of HRIS/CRM systems.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media insights).

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

· Experience in a Civil Projects–related company will be considered an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
