HR - Office Supervisor

URGENT REQUIREMENT – 48 HOURS Office Supervisor / Office Operations Manager

ROLE OBJECTIVE (VERY IMPORTANT)

To control, coordinate, and discipline the entire office, ensure all departments perform, and act as the CEO’s execution arm for daily operations, HR control, and internal accountability.

This is not a clerical role.
This is an authority + responsibility role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Office & Department Control

  • Manage entire office operations end-to-end
  • Control and monitor all departments:
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Operations / PRO
  • Admin
  • Accounts
  • Ensure no delays, no confusion, no gaps between departments
  • Enforce one task = one owner rule

2. Reporting & CEO Coordination

  • Report daily status to CEO:
  • Department-wise performance
  • Delays & risks
  • Employee productivity
  • Ensure CEO instructions are executed, not discussed
  • Act as single coordination point between CEO and teams

3. HR & People Management (MANDATORY)

  • Strong HR experience required
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Attendance & discipline control
  • KRA / KPI / OKR tracking
  • Probation review & confirmation support
  • Daily performance monitoring
  • Escalation of non-performers
  • Ensure employees:
  • Take ownership
  • Follow systems
  • Respect hierarchy

4. Process & System Enforcement

  • Ensure staff strictly follow:
  • Office Operating System
  • Department KRAs
  • Internal SOPs
  • No verbal work, everything documented
  • Ensure Client Portal / CRM / CMS updates are happening properly

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum 5–8 years experience as:
  • Office Supervisor / Office Manager / Operations Supervisor
  • Strong HR background is compulsory
  • Experience managing multi-department offices
  • Leadership + firmness (not soft coordination)
  • Excellent follow-up and control mindset
  • UAE experience preferred (Abu Dhabi advantage)

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Authority handling
  • Office discipline creation
  • HR operations & reporting
  • Inter-department coordination
  • Strong communication & escalation ability

SALARY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
