HR Officer

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

The HR Officer is responsible for assisting human resource operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding of Head Office and Third-Party employees.

· Maintain and update all employee records and physical files.

· Prepare HR documents including contracts, confirmation letters, extensions, warnings, and settlements.

· Process loan cases, allowances (marriage, funeral, etc.), performance appraisals, and final settlements.

· Ensure completion of employee clearance processes.

· Perform any other tasks assigned by seniors or management.

· Support implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Min Graduation.

· 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field in a medium to large sized organization.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Team collaboration and relationship-building.

· Time management and organizational ability.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of HRIS / HR software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
