Job description

We are looking for a motivated HR Officer (Male) to join our People & Culture team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and a strong passion for talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferred in retail/IT/sales hiring).
  • Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/social media hiring.
  • Male candidates preferred.

Location: Ernakulam

Pay: 18,000 to 22,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
