Job Title: HR Officer

Job Description:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key duties include recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, payroll assistance, performance monitoring, and supporting employee relations. The HR Officer also ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Handle employee queries and support performance management
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR software and labor laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
