We are Looking HR Officer for Factory

Loctation: Karachi Gulzar e Hijri

Experience : 2 years experience as HR Generalist must be factory side experience

Qualification: Graduation:

Gender: Male

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the hiring process from identifying candidates to conducting interviews, completing reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
• Benefits Administration: Overseeing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and assisting with benefits enrollment.
• HR Data and Systems: Maintaining employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and using HR data to provide insights.
• Process payroll: Calculate and verify employee hours, commissions, bonuses, and other compensation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Factory HR : 3 years (Required)
