Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our Trust-wide school campus level HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong command over HR processes, employee documentation, and coordination between academic and administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring timely entries for attendance, leaves, and payroll data in HRIS.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payroll processing, deductions, EOBI, SESSI, and provident fund contributions.
  • Handle the preparation and issuance of HR documents, including appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, and experience letters.
  • Support recruitment processes by posting vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in annual performance appraisals and maintain related documentation for institutional review.
  • Prepare and maintain employee master sheets, HRIS data, and personnel files in both digital and physical formats.
  • Facilitate employee queries and coordinate with campus Principals and central HR for resolution of staff concerns.
  • Support HR audits, ensure documentation accuracy, and prepare periodic HR summaries and reports for Trust management.
  • Collaborate with HR management on salary revisions, annual increments, and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the education or service sector.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll, EOBI, and SESSI procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and documentation management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
