We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures and effective employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations including onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
  • Coordinate staff performance evaluation processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and files.
  • Participate in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (experience with MenaME or similar is an advantage).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
