Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team.The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist in various HR functions. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, coordinating HR projects, scheduling interviews, and assisting with recruitment activities. The HR Assistant will also be responsible for handling inquiries from employees and external partners, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Strong communication skills, proficiency in HR software, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Process paperwork related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Supervise recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials for new employees.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong personality is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
