HR Officer

The Role
1. HR Operations Support: Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication. Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and physical files. Assist with employee benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination according to UAE laws. Support performance management activities, including scheduling reviews and managing documentation. 2. Employee Relations & Communication Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and UAE labor laws. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts. Assist in addressing routine employee relations issues in coordination with HR management. 3. HR Compliance & Reporting Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and organizational policies. Assist in preparing reports and extracting data from HRIS for management review. Support HR audits by preparing and providing required documentation. 4. HR Systems & Data Management Maintain and update employee data accurately in HRIS platforms (SAP or equivalent). Support HRIS data integrity, system upgrades, and process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years of HR experience preferably within the UAE corporate environment. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and employment practices. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables) is essential. Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to prepare and deliver clear HR reports and presentations. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
