We are looking for an HR Officer to support our HR Department and report directly to the HR Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll: Prepare and process monthly payroll, verify attendance, overtime, and deductions, and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing onboarding procedures.
  • Administration: Maintain employee records, handle document submissions, prepare HR letters, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and basic recruitment processes
  • Good communication and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience in HR systems is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
