We are looking for an HR Officer to support our HR Department and report directly to the HR Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Payroll: Prepare and process monthly payroll, verify attendance, overtime, and deductions, and ensure accuracy before submission.
- Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing onboarding procedures.
- Administration: Maintain employee records, handle document submissions, prepare HR letters, and support day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll and basic recruitment processes
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience in HR systems is an advantage
