Job Title: HR Executive – Al Dana Dental Center
Department: Human Resources / Administration
Reports to: Branch In-Charge / Management
Location: Al Nasr – Qatar

Job Purpose
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, documentation, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with labor regulations, and effective communication between staff and management.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate orientation for new employees and ensure smooth integration.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain updated employee files, contracts, leaves, and HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor law requirements.
- Update HR databases and systems regularly.
3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with accounts department for accurate payroll processing.
- Track staff schedules and ensure timely reporting.
4. Employee Relations & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support management in resolving conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and labor requirements.
- Support external audits and documentation checks.
6. Training & Performance Support
- Coordinate training sessions, mandatory certifications, and evaluations.
- Assist in performance appraisal documentation and tracking.
- Support management in staff development initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (healthcare/dental sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HR software knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
