HR Officer

Urgently Looking for HR Officer for Al-Mustafa Hospital.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Maintain and update employee records on radiant software.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
