The HR Officer will be responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, compliance certification related documentation & Implementation and employee counseling. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Coordinate and support training and development activities.
- Compliance Certification related documentation and it's implementation
- Ensure timely execution of performance appraisals and maintain appraisal records.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant employee information.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
