HR officer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join their team. The incumbent will play a vital role in managing various human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years to 3 years of prior experience working as an HR Officer, along with a BBA qualification.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Support the performance management process through monitoring and documenting employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and recommending necessary actions.

Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processes.

Address employee queries and concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year to 3 years of experience working as an HR Officer.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.

Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.

Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
