We are seeking a proactive and organized H.R Officer to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support the company’s workforce planning and development. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and support a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
  • Address employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support management with HR reports and workforce planning
