We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience in the real estate industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (agents, sales, leasing, admin, marketing)
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and HR compliance
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals
- Partner with management on workforce planning and hiring strategy
Requirements

Proven HR experience within the real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of real estate hiring cycles and commission-based structures
- Experience hiring real estate agents and sales teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
