HR Officer

Job description:

We are a French company based in Dubai looking to immediately hire an HR OFFICER.

Your Mission:

• Manage HR operations with proven ability to handle 100+ staff.
• Strong, resilient leader with Dubai/Singapore experience, excelling under pressure.
• Ensure smooth daily administrative operations across office and construction sites.
• Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, and HR teams.
• Maintain documentation and support compliance workflows.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a large UAE onshore company, preferably in construction (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and site coordination.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Able to multitask, adapt fast, and work under pressure.

Location: Al Quoz Industrial 4
