Job Summary

FMX Cargo, Courier & Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer for its Lahore operations. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and hiring activities, including CV screening and interview coordination.
  • Maintain complete and updated employee files and HR records.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll data.
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR support to operations staff.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and HR audits.
  • Coordinate training programs and staff orientations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (service or logistics industry preferred).
  • Good understanding of HR operations, documentation, and labor laws.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
