Job Summary
FMX Cargo, Courier & Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer for its Lahore operations. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and hiring activities, including CV screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain complete and updated employee files and HR records.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll data.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support to operations staff.
- Assist in performance evaluations and HR audits.
- Coordinate training programs and staff orientations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal controls.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (service or logistics industry preferred).
- Good understanding of HR operations, documentation, and labor laws.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
