Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
  • Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
  • Support HR operations and other HR-related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA / MPA preferred)
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Software TimeTrax
