Job Summary:
TSL Group is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support all HR functions in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Kuwait Labor Law, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support payroll processing, leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate with government authorities (MGRP, PACI, visas, work permits, residencies).
- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support training, HR audits, and employee development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Kuwait covering all HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and local HR practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/ERP.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-national or group companies.
- Strong coordination skills with government entities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in HR projects.

Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month
