About the Role
The Human Resources (HR) professional will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR-related functions within the organization. This role focuses on recruitment, employee management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll
Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Promote a healthy and professional workplace culture
Experience Required
Good Command on MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Good organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
