Job Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive team member to manage lead flow and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our agents. This role involves monitoring incoming inquiries, assigning them appropriately, and making sure all follow-ups are done on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Check daily for new property inquiries and client details
  • Assign leads to the appropriate agents based on availability or location
  • Monitor agent updates after client calls or viewings
  • Follow up with agents to ensure leads are progressing
  • Report delays, issues, or high-potential clients to management
  • Keep records organized and updated to support smooth operations
